Well yesterday Brainstorming ! About the AIR CONDITIONING that got broken, coincidentally it happened a few days later after I wrote here that the noise that I am hearing (causing pain to my ears) stopped for few minutes, coincidentally also that we had changed the water we were drinking, feeling a lot much better health wise!, well yesterday they came to fix it and slept with it fixed, but strangely my mother was coughing a lot something she never does, the air window is practically above her bed; also the noise having been louder than usual, intense, giving me more pain than before; and also we have been having more appetite than normal, plus some more unhealthy symptoms that we did not have before. I have been praying a lot, since the day that the noise stopped for those few minutes, asking God to Help me find some explanation, since our lives for the last almost ten years have been a real nightmare, an inhuman torture, something very insane and evil ! then “the bulb lighted up” like the saying says, I have been remembering how something have always been a “Constant”; in our house at 30th Street before the eviction and before they started to brake things in the outside of the house, like the water filter and other things, and before they started to brake things inside the house, like the toilets and other things, the first thing they broke was the two AIR CONDITIONING, one Unit that we did not have to replace after the hurricane because it was mostly new and the other Unit that broke with the hurricane and was replaced; so I remember that they came to fix this new one, they replaced with an old Unit saying that the new and modern Unit could not be fix, later the mechanics disappeared, nowhere to be found, so we had to find new mechanics because that Unit old installed used to brake down constantly (always having to go to the Unit inside the house spending more time inside); the other Unit that we did not replaced when they broke it we never fixed since they wanted to charged us lots of money to do it, something we did not understand. Any how, what I wanted to established is that after we were forced out of our home, they kept us moving every year; in 2010 the first house we were forced into at SW 9th Terrace, almost immediately they have to come to fix the AIR CONDITIONING upstairs (two Units inside), later in 2011 when forced to move again to SW 120th Court they had to come to fix the AIR CONDITIONING downstairs (one Unit inside), now 2012 here at SW 56th Terrace, it took they longer but they also had to come to fix the AIR CONDITIONING upstairs (one Unit inside); When getting to house I saw a huge truck parked in the drive way with a red hair lady inside, I tried to make eye contact to have the courtesy to say “hello”, but she turned the head trying to avoid me, like intentionally did not want me to see her, like hiding, then I made more effort to see who it was, and I did it in an angle when she could not see me doing it, that put me to think a lot, a lot, don’t you think about it to ? well inside I found the person fixing the AC, I said Hello and continue with my errands, he left without telling me anything, later my son told me that he will come again, but yesterday came someone else at 7 pm at night, he said he was from another company to check the pipes, all very strange, very fast, he checked the Unit upstairs, mentioned to know the person that fixed the AC and went to replaced the tape around the Unit, then went up to the attic, he said had to check for holes, then he told me he covered two small ones, you can believed that I took advantage of his expertise asking him about the noise, if it could be liking pipes, things like that, but to no avail; he was more interested in asking me about other things that to answer my questions, like who heard the noise first ? Hmm…, glad that he is aware of the noise, RIGHT ? Well here I live you with all this to see if anyone can Help me find out, what is it that we could be breathing causing us harm related to the AIR CONDITIONING ? My plants do not get to look healthy, not even putting rain water ! Well anyway we will keep trying to find out all the abuse that is been inflicted upon our family, whether it is microwave energy, whatever energy, something in the water we are drinking, something in the air we are breathing !! We Hope you out there are able to Help us somehow, because we are in the hands of evils gangs of stalkers that do not stop in there quest to harm us to fulfill their task, so we could not expose the tortures that we had been inflicted upon all this years; but with the strength given to us by God we will continue to expose them so you can learn of our suffering and it would not happen to anyone else ! and those who are thinking it would not happen to them, think again, because you are very wrong, we thought the same ! the moment that inadvertently because of destiny, you have to demand respect to your CIVIL RIGHTS and ask for JUSTICE against so much corruption existent now, well you will unfortunately get what we got, because that what is done to cover it up, the INJUSTICE !

Here we still suffering, almost collapsing without any one doing anything to help us; now only after more than 10 months here, been able to text a bit I come to understand how tainted & corrupted things are, manipulated by well-connected individuals, corporate executives & politically motivated Gov.Officials who simply buried the truth inside a shadow legal system inaccessible to everyday ordinary American citizens. So I give thanks to God for the strength given to our family and for people protesting in the streets#OWS since November 17, 2011 that had help make the truth come to light!!!
      We are in URGENT need of some humanity towards our situation, so we may be able to expose it and be able to find the HELP, and PROTECTION that we are pleading, so if anyone have the power to do something for us, we appreciate very much! We need a contingency Lawyer that is not fearful to confront the Judges, willing to help us ASAP, it is very, very Urgent, my mother is loosing her eye sight, day by day since she is not able to put eye drops for her glaucoma, or take any medication needed, since they were altered causing harm to her health, so we not longer can trust doctors in general, also we are all perishing, we are real people existing but not living!!

About USA laws comparing to Europe, we are 500 years in advance… here people have RIGHTS, people’s RIGHTS are written in books ( Roman Law). Yesterday night I heard loud noises from outside, there were some drunk people (young british tourist) and I can’t stand noise at night geting into my home, so I called the police… ten minuts after the noise was off. I am horrified by what I see and read about the actions of police and justice in the U.S.!!!

    • Chris Callesen Your situation is odd and does not occur in the average American household. We all still say what we want to say. Im not sure why people that dont live here think we are not free. We have had many unconstitutional laws passed lately and an encroaching police state, but we are mostly armed and will use our 2nd Amendment rights to defend liberty. That, is not in option i Cuba, or anywhere else in the world.

The Constitution of my country also allows me to disobey and to use force against the violation of a constitutional Right. The only difference is that in my country citizens can not carry weapons, but many have access to them… if necessary, of course!

    • Marina Meadows Well Today August 27th/2012 again we have to call for A/C problems, broken again!, we have been trying to see if can fix it for about a week and half, now just not working at all! Regarding the EMP, w/o A/C on, it have been a lot lower, less harm I guess, at least for my ears, still we can hear the hissing, so at some level this all is related!
      Well Now the end of the month of August 31st, 2012, but on August 29th/2012 the A/C was fix again, and unfortunately the hissing started to be louder again, but somehow a bit different on the EMP because my ears not having so much pain and watery, and some of the symptoms felt before are different now, the most pressing able to feel is lack of sleep, you have to be really tired, drunk, sick to have some hours of sleep otherwise you can not. I hope if anything happen to my family, the Public via Media Coverage can check our bodies Medically for this harm caused to our health! We can not trust anyone so Hope the Media Help us, otherwise many professionals (tugs) will be ready to sell their expertise to this Organizers/Stalkers Criminals in other to conceal the true!

Almost a week since I have been able to write about CELLULAR saga continuation… as I mentioned before, had to returned the Android 4G from METRO PCS because Sales people, mgrs, you name it! would not properly do my cell, and I would be able to upload videos, or use my face book or just the phone.
I always keep my self positive, so last Sunday August/12/2012 I tried again (something I have been
doing for years to no avail) went to Wallmart Store Cellulars Dept. to get a “disposable” those u do not need a company, you re-charge them every month with cards, spoke to Ms.Yahira, and even do she works there selling them, said to me would bring an expert, bringing Mr.Danilo, I explain same thing always do, he said the one there for uploading videos fast Android 3G, I ask him pls to connect the service there if he could, (I did not want to use my cell for obvious reason) I was hoping that using phone from Wallmart wouldn’t trace me, (of course I new it would, but like to make the point of acting like a normal citizen) to cut the story short I was there for about two hours, He was saying first it couldn’t be connected, then that store did not have wi-fi, then he forgot to do this or that to the phone that he was not expert, imagine that I was telling him what to do!, (let’s make depositions to clerks) I am becoming an expert myself ! Finally I uploaded an short video new I made and later on, at home I uploaded the one you keep finding in my wall. Well if you watched it from the beginning you can see manipulation, was placed in site related to nothing to do with video, later changed to a site of Dentures, if you check the tags or adds I created it is related but it does not appear in those sites, also stop counting on the second day, now counting so slow ….But the purpose have been done, people know we are real and we are hurting!, even if it was one of the hardest thing I ever has to do! and there have been many in this horrendous almost 10 years!
On Monday August 13/2012 went to Police Public Corruption Dept. again now at 1701 NW 87 Ave. Ste.100, since it was already 10 days since we requested to open an Investigation again, and detectives appeared at my house; also wanted feel the difference before the Elections results. Well Mss Sargent Colon, open the door when I rang, she greets us very nice saying to me that They already changed the address in the Website because of my call that notified them of it, when we went to the wrong add. posted in their website, ask me for the detectives names that came to see us, I told her but also told her would prefer to see someone else due to lack of Help, diligence, way we were treated… (& more I reserved to say) of those detectives. We were seated for a while waiting, then came another detective passing us to a conference room, the least I can say is that the first thing he replied when I asked him about my Investigation. why we have not been contacted, or a buss.card given…I just told him if I can record his answer! He of course said NO, in a nasty and angry way ordering me to ….., then from there on, just nasty nasty…. (not even mentioning he was offering my mother a chair that rolls, easy for her to fall!) Just stood up telling him Pls investigate, among other remarks regarding how we are perishing …… Well you be Judge, if that was the mood before the Elections, you can imagine now….I hope for a Miracle ! I want to make emphasis that two members of my family already death (both UK citizens, the father of my sons and my mother in law); that my mother almost die as well two year ago while at Hospital (and Let’s find out what really send her to hospital); then left my three young sons, and let’s remember that they have been stalking them since were ten, twelve, fifteen uninterrupted, now harder that they are older; and myself also torture, abuse, terrified, for almost ten 10 years!
 
 
Urgent! Miami, Florida Today Monday August/20/2012 a Gov.Agency Rep.(which we do not trust at all) came by, we refused to talk to them w/o Lawyer/Media presence, but Representative came back w/local Police (2 patrols cars) insisting to enter my home; even do Police/Mss.Moreno was very nice while talking to me. Well what can I do if Media or any one else is Helping us/totally isolated/Can not eve
n speak live anywhere. not even at Bambuser!)!. We felt threatened, afraid, alone,…..by their presence, and knowing what they are capable of, so I had no choice that to let them in, (I Did video tape it all with their consent), Can They do that Legally?.
Plz advice me regarding this issue? Is this LEGAL? Can any other Agency of Gov. can do that when an Investigation should be going on at Police Public Corruption Dept. or at list at “Public Opinion”?
I tried to use the latest cell Android, since I bought it, to speak LIVE to the World, but to no avail, I am still blocked I think everywhere besides FBook and Twitter, I guess it is easy to block people from my FBook page and easy to erase my twitters from the world!!
 
 
We have been trying to recover from the Incident this past Monday with DCF & Police, since they prey on our Emotions, exhausting us mentally & physically! We have been feeling so terrible bad, also we do not even feel & and had not felt for a long time the sanctity of the houses we live in because of many situations and this last one have put the lid on the bottle! How can they come to enter in th
e House like that?

Well Today August/22/2012 went to return the cell Android 3G that I purchased at Walmart, because it was not good for anything after I uploaded the Video(and you can see where the video was placed, where no one would see it), I was blocked to do anything that will put me in contact with the world out there, so I STILL LACKING My FREEDOM & My RIGHTS! Totally ISOLATED !

Yesterday, Friday 08/10/2012 I took the cell Android 4G that I purchased at Metro PCS, something I have done through almost ten years at different stores, always with the hope that I could reach the world out there and make Stop such heinous crime inflicted upon my family, Unfortunately it is a criminal Web disseminated everywhere controlling peoples will at all cost; much like we have been experiencing with the recent saga of the “Absent Ballots” where is yet a lot to find out, and better yet the Elite behind it, same as in my situation.

At the moment I am very grateful for my battles won in almost ten years: Well writing in FB and tweeting, even manipulated or blocked has given me a sense of “Virtual Freedom” and belonging, my calls reaching destination while I was at Stephen P. Clark Center the other day trying to get in touch with Gov.Officials, also been able to post photos in my FB page, (even if one of my albums with 4 photos was deleted from my wall) and one video out even if it is only in FB and not reaching the world yet!

Of course it is still a Horror to live the way we still today totally controlled everywhere we go, lacking Freedom and Rights, and also loosing our health because in this house we were forced to be in we are having our organs getting damaged affecting our sleep, stomachs, brain and much more, this “hissing sound” is so bad that thin layers of skin and watery liquid keep coming out of my ears every morning; my sons weight is worst everyday, my mother you can imagine!, but it is a relief knowing that it is real because when we are out all bad symptoms disappear and we feel really good, like re-charging a battery, the longer you stay out the better you feel; I gone as far as bringing people in, that are in the surroundings to confirm that they can hear it as well as my family can. It is terrifying to know that this past week I have been contacting so many Gov.Officials, and still are allowing our health to keep on damaging, this is a silent killer that really kills !

Yesterday Friday I also call 311, first time that works for me in many many years!, to make a report on two cars that have been parked outside the house in two different angles, without been moved for the five months we have been staying here, the bottom of the cars full of plants, leaves and more, one tag expired in 2007, other tag this month; well 311 gave me a confirmation#, and I ask the lady: is that a report #, she said: Yes, and told me that police will be checking on them, still waiting! I guess I have to go somewhere to get the written copy of report right?

No quisiera que pasara el dia sin mencionar que se cumplen aprox. dos anos desde que mi madre estuvo en el Hospital y casi un ano y medio sin medicinas, quiero compartir con uds. que a pesar de todo el dano que nos inflijen a estado fabulosamente mejor que el tiempo que tomo las medicinas que le mandaban, las cuales estaban alteradas causandole mucho dano. Me imagino que algunos de los Jueces de l

a Corte Civil de Miami, los cuales han tomado venganza contra nuestra familia, no estuvieron muy contentos de verla caminar bastante bien todo el parqueo hasta el edificio del Stephen P. Clark Center esta semana, pero Dios es grande y nunca nos ha abandonado ! Quiero que sepan que no tomamos bebidas alcholicas, no fumamos, comemos todo lo que podemos organico, vegetales y frutas, hacemos los ejercicios que podemos, asi que si algo nos sucede ojala que la “Media” lo haga publico para que se sepa la verdad cuando algun medico nos examine y se pueda determinar lo que nos han hecho, ya que si no es publico todo seria falsificado.

Tambien hoy quiero dirigirme a la comunidad de muchos de aquellos falsos Catolicos que se encuentran (se siempre por donde vienen, pues atacan bajo y por la espalda como hacen los cobardes) en Iglesias, Escuelas y Organizaciones que se han prestado para hacernos un dano infinito por tantos anos, pues solo son acosadores en servicio de aquellos que con poder falso avasallan sin piedad a todos los que quieren cuando quieren, mi mensaje es sencillo pero de mucha determinacion: dejen mi familia tranquila, hechense a un lado, detengan su maldad, ya que no me gustaria tener que sentarme a escribir y escribir con nombres y apellidos sobre quien son los acosadores que cobijan y de como hacen el dano en cada caso particular; tambien puedo agregar muchas fotografias, por favor: Cease and Desist !       Esta semana fui a cambiar mi direccion a la Division Vehiculos Motorizados, y como siempre se equivocaron, Mss.Suarez tuvo error al dejarme la licencia con la misma direccion, y como siempre en todos lados ni siquiera se disculparon, pues la angustia mental y emocional incluye el que al ser humillado uno o ser maltratado en cualquier forma, pues lo dejan a uno con el humillador(a) o el maltratador

      (a) para que me siga atendiendo con la esperanza que uno lo trate mal o le ofenda o le arme un escandalo, para asi convertir al inocente maltratado e humillado en delincuente agresor y aprovecharse de eso para sacarlo de circulacion. La primera licencia estaba clara como la anterior mia, pero la segunda que me dieron se ve muy mal, no se puede leer bien, tambien tuvieron que cambiar el recibo. Seria muy productivo hacerle una deposicion jurada o ponerle un detector de mentiras para asegurarnos quien esta financiando todo este acoso a que nos someten a mi familia, quien tan poderoso tiene tanta “vara alta” en todas las entidades Gubernamentales que rapidamente se comunican con estos acosadores que ya existen dentro de cada institucion para poder actuar de inmediato con las personas senaladas para ser acosadas???

Desafortunadamente cuando fui por segunda vez a Metro PCS, alli estaba el vendedor Steve, al cual le explique que queria poner los dos videos en YTube, facebook, email bueno hable muy claro con el, tambien el expreso que entendia, aunque sin siquiera preguntarme, el mismo subido el video que le llamo “Plan B” con un titulo que el quiso darle Vid1234, de esto me di cuenta cuando al estar esperando mucho rato, le pregunte que por fin que estaba haciendo en el celular, cuando me dijo pues le dije que ese video no era el que queria, el me dijo que el otro no, aunque mas tarde lo hizo, despues de haber estado hablando en puerta cerrada en la tienda, tambien le dije que porque no lo hacia simultaneo, me dijo no se podia y luego lo hizo, en fin esto ha sido otra de mis pesadillas, pero me fui pensando que lo habia puesto ya que siempre me muestro positiva ante todo; claro que me mintio al igual que hizo el que me lo vendio Henry en la primera visita, lo bueno es que lo tengo todo en video, pues el accedio a que grabara, claro que al rato el Mgr de piso Daniel me dijo que no podia seguir grabando, le pedi la poliza de la tienda respecto a eso por escrito y me dijo que no la tenia. Bueno creo que seria de provecho tambien hacerle una deposicion a Henry, Steve, Daniel, y Regla a ver si podemos enterarnos de la verdad !
      El Miercoles tambien limpie esta computadora, la cual estaba llena de virus y totalmente hackeada, cosa que aun continua, pues no ha habido manera que pueda subir aqui mi video Original o en ningun otro sitio, ya que con el chip del cellular trate de hacerlo aqui sin resultado ninguno; ya que antes de terminar de subir el video cuando aun le quedaban 16 min. para terminar, la computadora dejo de funcionar.
      Tambien Estuve esta semana en el Stephen P. Clark Center Edificio del Downtown donde estan el Alcalde, los Comisionados y muchas mas entidades Gubernamentales y organizaciones, que aparentemente hasta ahora a mi no me han servido de ninguna ayuda aunque llevo anos contactando a todo el mundo. Estuvimos sentadas en el Lobby de abajo en la cafeteria “Botega” y opuesto se encontraba el lugar de votacion. Pasamos la tarde llamando a todas las oficinas de ahi y de todos lugares que pudiera pensar, ya que alli me trabajo el telefono, cosa que no pasa en todos lados; invitamos a los oficiales electos a reunirse con nosotros ya que mi madre no tiene la mobilidad adecuada para ir de oficina en oficina, el resultado fue nulo, nadie vino ni siquiera a saludarnos o compadecerse o siquiere dejarnos saber que han agradecido nuestros VOTOS del pasado y por los cuales se encuentran en el puesto! Tampoco los medios de comunicacion que invitamos se aparecieron, asi esta el control en MIAMI, y luego los canales se llenan la boca hablando de la LIBERTAD que disfrutamos, triste, realmente triste y ademas VERGONZOZO !

I would like to expand writing about what our lives have become and had been for almost 10n years, so you perhaps understand that as simple as it seems for me to make a phone call, simply will not cut it! Isolation have been the card played against us!, manipulation and blocking of phones, internet, mail, The Criminal Enterprise of “Gang Stalkers” are everywhere terrorizing us, even at the Church

es from where we had to stop going, not even one Church; I even remember a Priest at the Church “Mother of Christ” whom I asked for guidance, because I did not want to pursue what was happening with the course of the dissolution of my marriage, and him compelling me to keep on fighting, it did not sound right of course!, where he left the forgiveness, love…..
So when it comes to make a simple phone call, buy something, cut my hair, buy groceries, buy toiletries, have a simple oil change, everything you do in your everyday life it is for us like climbing a mountain or a nightmare ! Whatever you can do, as a free normal individual, it is very hard for us to do ! or not even do it at all ! I will mention some samples for those not too much acquainted with our situation or for those still not getting the grasp on it.
Well if with the cars it is a real nightmare, a horror story……when going for a simple oil change to the same place WESTKENDALLTOYOTA first thing end up with broken was a new AC, then you change places, same keep happening, you get your oil change, or tires change or a simple thing, end up paying for a mayor repair, it is a never ending thing regardless of the place; of course also when car is parked for a while anywhere things also go wrong!, Oh! now talking about a hair cut, I think we know by now most of the Supetcuts, Hair Cuttlery, private salons in the areas where we have been living, even in SW 152nd Street Hair Cuttlery, Ms.Olga, nice lady she said with 30th years experience and I wish I could put here the video of what kind of hair cut she performed on my hair, just to mention one of the worst!, added to that is making us be uncomfortable as possible, water too cold, too much water, hair all over and so forth, imagine my dear mother an elderly lady suffering all of it, would you like to do your hair? Buying, going to buy something have to be in a place where you can grab it, otherwise it will come damage, like OFFICE DEPOT or OFFICE MAX were we could not even send a fax that would reach destination in those days! BEST BUY ……..
Car Insurance, Home Insurance ALLSTATE, STATE FARM did to us horrible things, policies of no less than 10 or 15 years!
Not to mention Government entities that have been the worst, Post Office, Family and Children, Police, State Attorney Office……
Avoiding to mention all damage caused by medical enterprise, or lack thereof or any other professionals, Schools and more !
Please When you are doing something in your daily routine, think that we are not able to do it! so that way you will be to fully understand our suffering!
Well everyone that I can think of have taken a bite at robbing our family of almost 10 years of a normal live, May the Lord forgive them !

Just back from changing my Drivers License address at the DMV, Mss.Suarez made a mistake had to do it twice! The first one she made me remained with old add. but it was very clear, second one looks like fade it, I can not even read good the info., my receipt was also changed twice.
Well after that now Please can you tell me what do I do with my new Android 4 G cell phone, with all capabilities to

communicate with the world, plan picked to work like that and I can not even upload my Original video, hardly enough STEVE at Metro PCS just upload my Video plan B, He even put the title, WITHOUT asking me anything, He was waiting for me at the door the day I got there, the good thing I got everything he told me on my Video, until I was stop from doing it, I ask for their policy regarding that in writing, they denied. Can we do a deposition to Henry, Steve, Daniel y Regla ? Can we find out what is going on ? That have been my life for almost 10 years !
Today I clean my computer(not this one i am in now) it was completely hacked, and uploaded the two videos from the Cell phone (Chip inside it) onto my computer, and before I can post it here, my computer STOP working !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday I spent the Afternoon at the Gov. Center in Downtown, where Mayor and Commissioners work, I sat downstairs next to the VOTING site, watching the Lambs VOTE for nothing. Also Contacted everyone you can imagine, so they could come down to meet us and Help us, unfortunately everyone had an excuse, including the media !!
Please I am open to suggestions, I am a simple citizen exposing corruptions and corrupts, and I had been and still are totally ISOLATED to the world, unless they are stalkers of course, so WHAT DO I DO ? HOW DO I GET MY FREEDOM ? HOW DO I GET MY RIGHTS ?
Well last night I was blocked!, but sitting here checking I noticed the new android 4G cell was reading that my Original Video Title: Corruption was uploaded 4 days ago together with the one posted here already, Unbelievable because I can NOT even uploaded here in FBook, the titled: Corruption I have been trying since yesterday and still reads that have 16 min. more to finish!! So Plz if any one is able to find it in YTUBE, Plz post it here in my wall ! Thank you for everything you are always doing ! in the mean time Plz do not forget to pass along this video I have posted, perhaps we can find Help and regain our Freedom & Rights ! Something lost in MIAMI !
